Your Responsibilities You'll review corporate and personal tax returns while ensuring compliance with Canadian tax legislation. You'll provide tax planning and advisory support to clients, helping them navigate complex tax matters. You'll mentor and coach junior team members by reviewing work, providing guidance, and supporting their professional development. You'll conduct tax research and recommend practical solutions to technical issues. You'll collaborate closely with Partners to deliver exceptional client service and identify opportunities to strengthen long-term client relationships. You'll contribute to process improvements and support a high standard of technical excellence across the team. Skills and Qualifications 4+ years of progressive Canadian public accounting experience with a focus on Canadian Tax. CPA designation completed or actively pursuing the final stages of completion. Strong experience with Corporate and Personal Tax. Exposure to U.S. Tax is considered an asset. Experience reviewing tax files and supporting tax planning engagements. Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff and build strong client relationships. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with TaxPrep or similar tax software is considered an asset.
