We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Specialist with deep expertise in Oracle Net Fusion Payroll and Workforce Management (WFM) Scheduling (HCM) to play a critical role in a large-scale enterprise transformation. This opportunity is with a complex healthcare organization where your work will directly support the delivery of reliable payroll and workforce scheduling processes that impact employees across the organization. Working closely with HR, Payroll, (WFM) Scheduling, and IT teams, you will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, translating operational requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring Oracle Net Fusion applications are optimized for long-term success. Your Responsibilities • You'll partner with HR, Payroll, Scheduling, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Net Fusion solutions. • You'll configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle Net Fusion Payroll and Workforce Management, including complex scheduling, shift differentials, and Time & Labor rules. • You'll develop and support technical configurations, integrations, coding, data extracts, reports, and analytics while maintaining system integrity. • You'll administer Oracle Net Fusion Security, including role-based access controls and user access management. • You'll investigate and resolve complex technical and functional issues while supporting day-to-day operational activities. • You'll contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives by recommending sustainable solutions, documenting best practices, and supporting knowledge sharing across teams. Skills and Qualifications • 5+ years of progressive experience supporting Oracle Net Fusion applications within complex enterprise environments. • Demonstrated expertise with Oracle Net Fusion Payroll and Workforce Management (WFM) Scheduling, including Time & Labor and payroll integrations. • Strong understanding of healthcare workforce scheduling, shift differentials, time tracking, and payroll processing. • Hands-on experience with Oracle Net Fusion Security, system configuration, integrations, report development, analytics, data extracts, and technical development. • Experience supporting Oracle Net Fusion HCM, Financials, or EPM modules is considered a strong asset. • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams while delivering practical, high-quality solutions in fast-paced transformation environments.
