How You’ll Make an Impact Provide outstanding service and relevant solutions to our members, promoting AMA products and services that meet their needs. Support call flow for general registries, corporate registries, and road tests. Complete registry, membership, and service transactions accurately, confidentially, and in a timely manner. Assess Alberta Health and Wellness applications with accuracy and care. Stay up to date on policies, procedures, and system updates to ensure compliance and efficiency. Represent AMA with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to helping every member. What You Bring to the Table You’re at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma. You have a current Police Information Check (PIC). You bring strong communication skills and experience in sales or customer service. You’re committed to learning and growing in a supportive team environment. Your positive attitude and genuine desire to help people matter most — we’ll provide the training you need!
