Job summary
We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Engineering team in Montreal. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges. You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as Strategic Sourcing Procurement Analyst. Location: Montreal Work mode: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) Your main responsibilities: Analyze supplier data, market trends, and cost benchmarks to support category strategies and sourcing decisions. Prepare and/or lead RFI/RFP processes, supplier evaluations, and sourcing activities for assigned categories. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and risk provisions with suppliers in collaboration with Legal and internal stakeholders. Manage and prioritize sourcing projects within DevOps, maintaining visibility of the team's 12-month sourcing pipeline. Manage relationships with strategic suppliers, conduct business reviews, and resolve operational or performance issues. Collaborate with MSP partners and internal stakeholders to strengthen program governance, drive process improvements, and balance cost, risk, and speed of delivery. Qualifications: University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant strategic sourcing/procurement experience, with experience appropriate to the target level (Junior or Intermediate). Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives and priorities. Experience with supplier management, sourcing processes, RFI/RFPs, negotiations, and contract-related activities. Self-directed and able to work effectively independently and within a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. Proactive, results-oriented, collaborative, and politically savvy, with strong stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills.
