The role will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across numerous business units, functional areas, and geographies. The ICS Control Management organization is looking for a Manager of Control Management Legal Entity Governance Canada focused on supporting the focused on supporting the management of Legal Entity’s Operational Resiliency framework, which includes mapping of critical business services, impact tolerance setting, scenario test design and execution, and ongoing program and incident management. What you’ll do
The manager will provide strategic operational risk advisory to support the Canada Legal Entity's control environment. Responsibilities include managing the operational resiliency framework, mapping critical business services, and overseeing scenario testing and incident management.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in operational risk management and proven expertise in operational resilience or business continuity. A bachelor's degree in Finance or Risk Management is preferred, along with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
