This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work and providing exceptional customer service. What you’re responsible for: Safely transporting customers' vehicles from point of pick up to the branch Maintaining accurate records of towing assignments, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special instructions Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operation Performing labouring tasks that may including depollution, tire dismounting, etc Communicating effectively with dispatchers, supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activities Providing our customers with excellent customer service! Qualifications To join our team: You have a valid DZ driver's license with cleaning driving abstract and CVOR You have a valid towing certificate (preferred) You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role You have strong customer service and interpersonal skills You are knowledgeable about towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures You are able to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditions Compensation: up to CAD 25.60 - hourly
