Job Description We are looking for a Ferrous Receiver to join our team in Drummondville. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for receiving, sorting and handling ferrous metals. The position is mainly outdoors, with some tasks performed indoors depending on operational needs. This position focuses on manual work, material handling and metal sorting in a dynamic industrial environment. We are looking for someone reliable, active and comfortable with physical and outdoor work. What you will be responsible for : Welcome customers and follow established procedures; Unload, sort, inspect and handle materials; Identify and classify ferrous metals; Weigh and organize materials; Prepare shipments and receive materials; Participate in snow removal activities on the site using a loader; Maintain a clean and organized work area; Work safely and follow health and safety procedures; Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications To join our team : You have experience operating a forklift with forks or a loader; You are comfortable with manual and physical work, including repetitive tasks; You are comfortable working mainly outdoors in various weather conditions; You are reliable, punctual, resourceful and safety-conscious; You are a team player and enjoy working with others; You have experience in an industrial, recycling or related environment (asset); You have knowledge of different types of metals (asset). Additional Information *The $1,000 bonus will be paid in three equal installments: the first after 3 months of service (provided the probationary period is successfully completed), the second after 6 months of service, and the third after 9 months of service.
