Job Description We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our team in Montréal-Est. You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our warehouse. You will be mainly responsible for receiving, storing, tracking and shipping materials, while ensuring inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities : Receive materials, verify their accuracy and condition, and enter the required data into our systems; Organize and store materials in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and categorization; Operate various material-handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts; Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems and the Warehouse Management System (WMS); Respond to requests at the counter and provide excellent service to internal customers; Prepare orders, package materials and handle shipments according to sales and distribution schedules; Perform manual inventory counts and monitor inventory levels; Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse; Participate in periodic audits and prepare inventory reports; Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications To join our team : You have reliable transportation to get to work (the site is not accessible by public transit); You have experience in warehouse operations, inventory management or supply chain; You are comfortable using computer tools and inventory management systems; You are organized, detail-oriented and thorough; You have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team; You have a forklift certification (asset); You are bilingual (asset).
