Job Description We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in our site of Québec, Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. As a Scale Clerk, you will be responsible for tracking material receipts and shipments. You will weigh materials, produce weigh tickets, and respond appropriately to customers. What you’re responsible for: Greeting customers and providing courteous service upon arrival; Weighing trucks and entering information into the system; Preparing delivery slips and shipping documents in the software; Answering phone calls and redirecting requests as needed; Tracking material shipments and producing required reports; Performing general office tasks (opening customer accounts, filing, billing, etc.). Qualifications To join our team: You have previous experience in a similar position (an asset); You are proficient in MS Office; You are organized, responsible, independent, and resourceful; You are able to work effectively as part of a team.
