You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping them identify solutions that address their manufacturing challenges while contributing directly to the growth of FARO CREAFORM's sales pipeline. Key responsibilities: Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, events, trade shows, and website inquiries Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other sales engagement tools Engage with prospective customers to understand their challenges, needs, and business objectives Present FARO CREAFORM solutions and identify opportunities that align with customer requirements Nurture prospects throughout the qualification process and maintain strong relationships Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Managers Collaborate with Account Managers, Application Specialists, and distribution partners to support pipeline growth Maintain accurate lead, activity, and opportunity records in Salesforce CRM Achieve targets related to lead generation, sales activities, and opportunity creation Conduct market research to identify new industries, accounts, and growth opportunities A few things that will help you succeed at FARO CREAFORM: 1 to 2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, business development, or inside sales A strong passion for sales Knowledge of lead qualification methodologies such as BANT, CHAMP, or similar frameworks Interest in technology and technical hardware/software solutions Ability to understand and uncover manufacturing customers' business challenges Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience using Salesforce CRM is considered an asset Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, Demandbase, 6sense, Gong, or other sales engagement platforms is a plus Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while managing priorities independently Join FARO CREAFORM and help manufacturers around the world leverage innovative 3D measurement and scanning technologies.
