Job summary

Do you enjoy creating engaging learning experiences that help customers get the most out of technology? Are you passionate about instructional design, e-learning development, and customer education? As a Training Designer at FARO CREAFORM, you will develop impactful training programs that support customer onboarding, product adoption, certification, and long-term success. Working closely with product experts, customer success teams, and stakeholders across the organization, you will transform technical concepts into accessible and engaging learning experiences using the Articulate 360 suite, particularly Rise and Storyline. Key Responsibilities: * Design and develop customer-facing training programs, e-learning courses, learning paths, and certification content * Create interactive training modules using Articulate Rise and Storyline * Collaborate with product managers, subject matter experts, technical writers, and customer success teams to define learning objectives * Convert complex technical information into clear, learner-focused content * Develop simulations, software demonstrations, videos, assessments, and performance support materials * Support product launches by creating and updating training content * Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve training experiences * Contribute to customer onboarding, certification, and product adoption initiatives What will help you succeed: * Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Communications, or a related field * 3+ years of experience developing customer-facing or technical training programs * Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent) * Advanced experience with Articulate 360, Rise, and Storyline * Experience creating SCORM-compliant content for Learning Management Systems (LMS) * Excellent written communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts * Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Asset Qualifications: * Experience developing training for software, hardware, engineering, manufacturing, metrology, or 3D measurement products * Experience building certification programs and customer onboarding journeys * Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics * Experience creating video tutorials and software simulations * Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive learning practices * Experience supporting multilingual and global training initiatives What we offer: * Group insurance from day one * RRSP program from day one * Access to telemedicine services * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Active social club * Free on-site gym access * And much more!
