Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Coordinate the flow of information. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material. Schedule and confirm appointments. Supervise staff. Maintain filing system. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents. Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word. MS Office. Electronic mail. MS Windows. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .
