Follow safety protocols and company procedures on job sites Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area Attend required technical training and work towards Red Seal certification. Other duties as required Ability to adhere to company guidelines for installations, quality control procedures & maintaining our expectations for quality workmanship Required to complete Field Level Hazard Assessments daily Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Registered apprentice with the Alberta Industry Training (AIT) or willing to register Previous plumbing or construction experience is an asset, but is not required Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools Willingness to learn and take direction Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Strong commitment to workplace safety and following regulations Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and climbing Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certification Strong work ethic and positive team attitude Ability to work independently and collaboratively A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Working Conditions This role is primarily conducted at construction or renovation sites, which may include both commercial and multi-family locations. The apprentice will assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in multi-family residential and commercial buildings. They are also responsible for reading blueprints, troubleshooting system failures, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Candidates must be registered apprentices with the Alberta Industry Training (AIT) or willing to register. A valid driver's license, strong mechanical aptitude, and Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) certification are required.
