About The Role As a Client Care Representative (CCR), you will play a critical role as the primary link between our clients and the clinical team. You’ll ensure a seamless and compassionate experience for clients and their pets, from the moment they walk through our doors to the time they leave and beyond. Please note that AES Tanawha operates as an after-hours clinic, so flexible availability for weekends, public holidays, evenings, and early morning shifts is essential. What Your Day Looks Like Providing exceptional care to clients and pets, including triaging pets on arrival Communicating updates about pets to clients and addressing their queries Collaborating with the team regarding updates, patient needs, and financial details Assisting clients with financial transactions and insurance claims Managing cash handling and daily reconciliations Performing administrative duties that support the clinic’s operations About You Veterinary industry experience or hospital experience (highly regarded) Proven customer service experience with a focus on empathy and professionalism Resilient, quick-thinking, and capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment Personal mode of transport (essential for shift work) Flexible availability Monday to Sunday, including weekends, public holidays, evenings, nights and early mornings Paws & Perks Casual hourly rate starting at $34.24 + shift penalties!
