Job summary
AO Elite Advantage is looking for a motivated, coachable individual who is interested in building both client service and leadership skills. In this role, you'll work directly with clients, learn our systems and processes, and develop your communication, client service, and sales skills. Responsibilities Conduct virtual appointments with clients to understand their insurance and benefit needs. Explain life insurance, accident coverage, and supplemental insurance products in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Help clients identify coverage options that fit their individual needs and goals. Complete applications accurately and maintain organized client records. Build positive client relationships through communication and follow-up. Participate in team training, coaching, and professional development. Learn and apply company systems, processes, and best practices. Develop the skills and knowledge needed for increased responsibility and future leadership opportunities. Stay current on product information, licensing requirements, and industry guidelines. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Coachable and open to feedback, training, and continuous learning. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and digital tools. Customer service, sales, insurance, or leadership experience is an asset but not required. Interest in developing professional and leadership skills.
