Job#: 3046913 Job Description: Solution Architect Location: Toronto, Ontario (Partial Remote) Role Overview Our client seeks a Solution Architect to own technical design and solutioning responsibilities with enterprise-scale Retailer partners. In this role, you will develop relationships with partners, generate creative solution designs, and act as a primary technical stakeholder. This position offers an opportunity to solve complex challenges as our client expands into new markets. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end solution design, identify system and business needs, generate proposals, and drive execution through to launch. Build relationships with both technical and business stakeholders at Enterprise Retail Partners. Consult and coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure efforts between Product, Design, and Engineering are aligned for project success. Serve as a technical expert on the scalable platform and external-facing APIs. Develop tools, processes, and documentation to scale partnerships and improve solution delivery. Required Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer or Architect. Experience in a client-facing or consulting role. Experience with code, scripting, automation, or data engineering, primarily with SQL. Proven ability to partner effectively with Technical Project Managers. Experience solving complex business challenges with external stakeholders. Skills: Strong ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences. A strong sense of ownership. Preferred Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field. Requirements
Candidates need 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Architect, including a background in client-facing consulting and proficiency in SQL, scripting, or data engineering. Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences and a proven ability to partner with Technical Project Managers are required.
