Job summary
Our client is looking for an AI Solutions Enablement Specialist to support a centralized, repeatable, and transparent approach to AI enablement, Copilot adoption, automation, digital enablement, modernization, data enablement, and responsible technology use. This role focuses on coordinating AI use-case intake, shaping and assessing opportunities, enabling users, and producing decision-ready reporting for leadership. You’ll help clarify business needs, expected value, AI fit, data/process readiness, ownership, risks, dependencies, governance considerations, change impacts, and recommended progression paths for AI-enabled and automation-related initiatives. What You’ll Do Coordinate AI use case intake (AI enablement, Copilot adoption, automation, and related digital enablement requests) Clarify and document problem statements, expected value, readiness, risks, constraints, dependencies, and next steps Maintain visibility across a pipeline of AI/automation opportunities and enablement activities (status, ownership, decision points, sequencing, impacts) Support consistent intake/triage practices to improve transparency and request quality Apply assessment criteria (value, risk, readiness, responsible AI, data sensitivity, capacity) to support gating and prioritization Prepare recommendations on whether requests should proceed, pause, defer, redirect, or escalate Support solution shaping and adoption activities (including Copilot adoption, prompt/workflow guidance, and responsible use practices) Produce dashboards, trackers, decision logs, and leadership-ready summaries on demand, progress, constraints, outcomes, and risks Document working methods, templates, and enablement materials; recommend practical process improvements Qualifications Must haves Degree or diploma in Information Technology (or related discipline) 5+ years experience in AI enablement, digital enablement, and/or automation Experience coordinating AI use case intake (from request through assessment/triage) Nice-to-have Experience with Microsoft Copilot adoption Working knowledge of Responsible AI practices Experience with business case/value assessment and use-case framing Why This Role?
