We are seeking a Junior Recruiter /Admin to join our downtown Calgary team for a 3-month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent. This hybrid role will support our Winnipeg team on a large-scale recruitment project, helping identify top talent and contributing to business success. Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent. Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide expert recruitment guidance. Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other recruitment tools to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system. Qualifications: 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an agency or sales-focused recruitment environment. Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
