Responding to client inquiries and concerns. Preparing annual budgets and reviewing financial statements. Collecting strata fees. Source contractors and coordinate maintenance/repairs. Complete work orders. Administer service agreements and contracts. Site inspections. Advise strata council as per the Strata Property Act policies and regulations. Coordinate strata insurance claims.
