We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Crew Lead / Senior Epoxy Installer to oversee and execute complex flooring projects. This role involves leading installation teams, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and maintaining safety standards on-site. Duties Lead and coordinate epoxy flooring installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications Supervise and mentor crew members, providing guidance on techniques such as tile laying, caulking, trim carpentry, and floor care Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project requirements Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites Perform surface preparation tasks including concrete finishing, water damage restoration, and floor buffing for optimal results Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards throughout all phases of installation Assist in construction estimating by assessing project scope and material needs Qualifications Proven experience in flooring installation, epoxy application, tile laying, or related construction fields Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, buffing machines, and other relevant equipment Construction site experience with a focus on safety and quality assurance Familiarity with restoration industry practices including water damage restoration and floor care techniques Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Additional skills such as cabinetry installation, handyman experience, remodeling, or construction painting are a plus Join us to lead innovative flooring projects that make a lasting impact!
