What You’ll Do Lead creative projects from initial intake through to successful final delivery. Orchestrate timelines, prioritize tasks, and manage all stakeholder communications with precision. Collaborate closely with marketing teams and business stakeholders to clearly define project requirements. Empower designers by proactively removing roadblocks and maintaining strong project momentum. Rigorously proof creative assets to ensure all deliverables meet exacting standards and requirements. Monitor and update project statuses within Workfront and other relevant systems. Assist with strategic workload management and comprehensive project coordination. Support the end-to-end creative delivery process across print, point-of-purchase (POP), and digital channels. What You’ll Bring Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of experience in creative services, project management, traffic management, or creative operations. Proven experience supporting creative, marketing, agency, or in-house studio environments. Comprehensive knowledge of both print/POP production and digital creative workflows. Proficiency with Workfront or similar project management tools. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and superior time management. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high efficiency. Nice-to-Have Skills Retail industry experience. Agency experience. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
