Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with instructional design teams to develop cutting-edge e-learning courses using industry-leading authoring tools. Design and create highly engaging, interactive course content that adheres to SCORM/xAPI compliance and is compatible with various learning management systems. Apply a strong aesthetic sense and graphic design skills to ensure all content aligns with established brand guidelines. Configure courseware with robust reporting mechanisms suitable for diverse learning management systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered during the development or deployment of e-learning modules. Perform thorough quality assurance testing to guarantee course functionality and alignment with stakeholder expectations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest e-learning trends, technologies, and development techniques. Contribute to project planning and timeline management, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision. Communicate proactively with project managers, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, computer science, or a related field. At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing e-learning courses with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise). Profound understanding of SCORM/xAPI and other relevant e-learning standards. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities. Meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to excel both independently and within a team setting. Ability to provide your own laptop and an active Articulate 360 license. Submission of links to recent Storyline & Rise work samples is required for consideration. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS).
