We're looking for a Fractional Client & Operations Consultant to join our team in a role that blends operational support with hands on coordination for both Araam Sae Consulting and the clients we serve. This role begins part-time, with room to grow as our client work expands. Range: $22–24 Hours: 60–120 per month (growth and skill based) About the Role As our Fractional Client & Operations Consultant, you'll support both: Araam Sae Consulting: helping us stay organized internally, from documentation to day-to-day coordination, and Our consulting clients: provide executive assistant style support, building out procedures, and keeping their operations running smoothly, as part of the services we provide. Key Responsibilities Provide executive assistant style support tailored to each client's working style and pace Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standard operating guides Track tasks and follow up with team members to keep projects on schedule Manage inbox correspondence on behalf of clients and internally Support day to day operational tasks, documentation, and coordination across projects Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Communicate directly and regularly with clients, adapting to different working styles and paces Flag progress and issues back to Araam Sae Consulting leadership as needed About You You're a great fit if you: Are comfortable working independently and handling confidential information with discretion Bring cultural agility, sensitivity, and adaptability across diverse client and community contexts Have strong written and verbal communication skills Are flexible and adaptable, able to match the pace and style of a direct communicator Are organized and detail oriented, comfortable building structure and documentation from scratch Have experience in EA, operations, or client facing consulting roles (an asset, not required) What We Offer Part-time role with room to grow in scope and hours as our client work grows Supportive, human-centered working environment Flexible scheduling Opportunity to help shape outreach systems and strategies Meaningful work supporting values-based small business growth Competitive compensation based on experience How to Apply If this role feels aligned with your strengths, we’d love to hear from you.
