Job summary
Reporting to the Communications, Marketing and Public Relations Manager, the Content & Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in building, optimizing, and scaling ARAG’s digital marketing performance across channels. This is not a traditional content role. It is a hybrid position at the intersection of data, technology, and content, ideal for someone who enjoys improving how things work, not just executing campaigns. The successful candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with digital platforms, marketing tools, and content strategy. They will be responsible for turning campaigns into high-performing digital experiences, improving user journeys, and driving measurable results across web, email, and social channels. What will you do? Own and optimize digital marketing performance across website, email, and social channels, with a focus on measurable results. Lead SEO and GEO strategy, including keyword research, content structuring, and optimization for search engines and AI-driven discovery. Translate campaigns into multi-channel content across web, email, social, and blog formats. Analyze campaign performance, user behaviour, and conversion data, and translate insights into actionable improvements. Optimize website content, structure, and user journeys to improve discoverability, user experience, and conversion rates. Own and manage marketing tools and platforms, ensuring they are effectively integrated and utilized. Build and execute automated email campaigns and nurture journeys to support lead generation and engagement. Conduct content audits and repurpose existing materials into high-performing digital assets. Manage and grow social media presence with a focus on engagement and reach. Support and optimize paid campaigns (search, social, display). Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver digital initiatives effectively. Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and evolving AI-driven practices, applying them to improve performance. Take ownership of projects and proactively identify opportunities to improve how digital marketing is executed and scaled. About You 4–7+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role. Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, dashboards, or similar platforms. Hands-on experience with SEO (technical and content), website optimization, and CMS platforms. Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar). Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.). Strong writing and content development skills across digital channels. Strong visual and design skills, with the ability to create polished, on-brand digital assets (social content, email layouts, landing pages, marketing materials) using Adobe Creative Suite. Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, with attention to detail and brand consistency. Comfortable working with marketing technology and troubleshooting backend issues when needed. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Experience in B2B, insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead lifecycle management. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing workflows. Why Join ARAG? Requirements
Candidates need 4-7+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics and SEO. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for visual design and experience with marketing automation tools are also required.
