Job Description Aramark is Hiring a Supervisor for the Tim Hortons at Bishop’s University Position: Supervisor Location: Bishop’s University (2600 College Street, Sherbrooke, QC J1M 1Z7) Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Full-time position. Schedule to be discussed during the interview. Start Date: ImmediateJob Responsibilities Plan and manage staffing levels based on operational needs Coordinate and supervise the work of employees under your responsibility Perform cash reconciliation Monitor and ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction Complete production, temperature, loss, and other operational logs Setting up workstations and service areas Assist with service operations as needed Participate in inventory control and inventory counts Ensure that hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety standards are consistently maintained and followed Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards and procedures Perform any other related duties as required Qualifications 2 to 3 years of experience in food service or the restaurant industry is considered an asset Strong organizational skills and initiative Positive attitude Strong leadership abilities Ability to work with minimal supervision Customer service oriented Bilingualism is an asset, as some of our customers are English-speaking Benefits of Working for Aramark Medical, life, and dental insurance Employee referral program Employee recognition program Training and development opportunities Safe work environment Career advancement opportunities Uniforms and meals provided A successful candidate for this position will be required to complete a criminal background check and, where applicable, a vulnerable sector screening.
