Carleton Dining Services would love to have you on our team! We are hiring full-time Prep Cooks to join our team at the Food Court on Carleton University campus. As a Prep Cook you will prepare, cook and serve a variety of foods in either back of the house or on the line. Cooks in this role may be preparing food in front of the customer, requiring strong customer service skills. The Prep Cook will assist with daily menu preparation, cook on the line, and serve food while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. They are responsible for ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service.

Candidates must have previous food service experience and possess knowledge of food, sanitization, and health and safety standards. The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
