Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: The Senior SAP ERP FC – Distribution & Transportation executes the design and deployment of SAP S4 Logistics solutions by participating with project and operational teams to align business needs with module and solution functions. In this role, you are actively involved in project phases and technological solution support, operating closely with business counterparts to design and create SAP solutions which will enable and improve business processes to facilitate business goals and strategies. Our operating environment is SAP S4/Hana Fashion and Vertical Business Solution, which is connected to SAP EWM, CAR, IBP and ECC AFS. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. Meet Your Future Team: The ERP and Business Applications department is comprised of a team of technical professionals and subject matter experts who know and understand the tools that we use to support the business. We strategically define business cases, prioritize projects, and deliver ERP and Commercial projects, ensuring that dependencies are mapped out and sequenced to deliver the overall technology roadmap. Together, we host, manage, and improve a range of technical tools for all aspects of design, business, finance, logistics, global sales, and many other heroes within the organization. If you were the Senior SAP ERP FC – Distribution & Transportation now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing: Following documentation, best-practice and change management standards within Arc’teryx Coordinating and executing Change Requests from Process design through Functional Specifications and Implementation, including coordination of resource partners for end-to-end process coverage Maintaining ongoing collaboration with business stakeholders and peers to gather and interpret user/system requirements, pain points and process issues Developing and maintaining prioritization of change requests Leading stakeholders in detailed business process blueprint activities to create blueprints and use cases/user stories Preparing detailed functional specifications for development activities including workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms Executing unit testing, functional testing, and system integration testing is completed to Arc’teryx standards Ensuring 2nd/3rd level support and liaising with key users to troubleshoot and resolve issues Participating in the development and review of training materials, and taking part in training delivery where required for new releases of SAP or in cases of changes and enhancements in SAP functionality Maintaining updated knowledge on SAP best-practices, roadmap and technologies to provide informed architectural and design decisions Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future: Partnering with other Technology teams to deliver highly cross functional projects Working with internal and external partners to deliver new logistics solutions for the business Contributing to the overall development of the SAP Distribution & Transportation roadmap Solving complex problems with peers in SAP to meet continuing developing business needs Looking for ways to automate and reduce non value added tasks Partnering with our Sourcing, Omnichannel and Finance teams on deliverables Are you our next Senior SAP ERP FC – Distribution & Transportation? You have a degree or technical diploma, with 8+ years’ experience in SAP System development and sustainment, or the equivalent experience You have 6+ years of recent experience with distribution and transportation business processes, ideally in the world of retail, wholesale, fashion, footwear or similar You have 6+ years of functional experience in SAP Logistics and EWM You have a background in implementing SAP S4 and/or SAP FMS, SAP AFS You have knowledge of SAP integration with automated warehouse solutions and 3PLs, and you may have experience with SAP GTS or Ship ERP as an additional asset You are an excellent collaborator while also able to work effectively with a team You are comfortable facilitating content and product solutions to all levels of leadership You are adaptable and forward thinking You are able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines You have excellent written and verbal communication skills You are able to travel internationally as required You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement Compensation:The salary range for this role is CAD$126,000 - CAD$165,000 Total Rewards Most new team members join between the start and midpoint of the range, where you can contribute right away while continuing to grow your craft, your collaborations, and your impact at Arc’teryx. Requirements

Candidates should have SAP S/4HANA or SAP FMS/AFS implementation experience, strong collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and travel internationally as needed.
