Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As a Traceability Program Specialist at Arc'teryx, you’ll play a key role in implementing and maintaining our traceability program, which supports transparency and compliance across our global supply chain. Joining during the rollout of a new platform, you’ll help shape foundational business processes, onboard suppliers, and drive engagement within the system. This is an opportunity to build structures from the ground up, influence cross-functional adoption, and develop insights that drive supply chain transparency and compliance. Meet Your Future Team: The Compliance team leads initiatives to ensure our supply chain meets evolving regulatory standards. Within this team, the traceability function is building a program that supports compliance, sustainability and sourcing objectives. During the implementation phase, we work closely with our Technology and Sourcing partners to align systems and processes for long-term success. \n If you were in the Traceability Program Specialist role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing: Collaborating with the Traceability team to execute and document key traceability business processes Executing data configuration and setup required to transfer information from internal systems to the traceability platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Configuring traceability platform functions to support program operations and business requirements Driving supplier onboarding, training and engagement strategies to increase adoption, data quality, and program compliance across Supply Chain Serving as a subject matter expert for a traceability system module, and providing guidance to cross-functional partners and suppliers Developing tools, resources, and reporting frameworks that improve visibility into traceability performance and support informed business decision making Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future: Executing and monitoring traceability workflows for Supply Chain Mapping, PO traceability, and Certified Content Claims Management Reviewing and validating submitted data for accuracy and completeness Providing program and technical support to suppliers Monitoring and reporting on program compliance and supplier adoption Supporting development of data insights to support cross-functional partners Are you our next Traceability Program Specialist? You have 2-5+ years of experience in supply chain, compliance, technology, or a related field with exposure to supply chain traceability and global supplier management You are a problem solver with a passion for diving into the details of business and system processes You have experience collaborating with global suppliers and cross-functional teams to implement new tools or processes You have experience developing and presenting training and onboarding materials to both internal teams and external suppliers or partners You have hands-on experience working with ERP, PLM, and BI tools or similar systems You have a strong interest in learning and working with new technology platforms You have a passion for data structure, integrity, and analysis with the ability to communicate data driven insights clearly and effectively You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it \n $82,000 - $103,000 a year A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$82,000 - CAD$103,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
