Responsibilities: * Define, maintain and optimize process parameters to ensure operational stability, quality and performance. * Ensure compliance with procedures, process control and the monitoring of critical production variables. * Analyze process performance, identify the root causes of recurring issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions. * Define and prioritize improvement projects based on operational results and customer needs. * Act as the owner of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) activities and control plans for the processes under their responsibility. * Support operations teams in resolving technical problems, training employees and implementing best practices. * Participate in development projects, mill trials, research activities and the evaluation of new technologies. * Collaborate with research centres, suppliers and technical partners to improve processes and product quality. * Promote a culture focused on health and safety, collaboration and continuous improvement. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or a related discipline. * Relevant experience in a role related to metallurgical processes. * Experience in the steel industry or a similar manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of wire rod, wire drawing, galvanizing or pickling processes is considered an asset. * Excellent computer and analytical skills. * Ability to communicate in French and English. * Availability for occasional international travel. * Make health and safety a daily priority by actively promoting sound workplace health, safety and environmental practices. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering with relevant experience in a metallurgical process role. Proficiency in English and French is required, along with the ability to travel internationally and a strong commitment to health and safety.
