THE TEAM The mission of the Digital Merchandising department is to present product and content to accelerate digital performance and deliver an Everyday Luxury customer experience. THE OPPORTUNITY Aritzia is growing and our Digital Merchandising team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering the overall customer experience by ensuring our products and content are efficiently loaded onto our digital platform to support our customers’ shopping experience. As a Senior Publisher / Publisher, Digital Merchandising, you will play a pivotal role in the display of products and content on digital platforms such as our Website and App. You will work alongside a team of world-class publishers while partnering with Merchandising and Performance Optimization to drive the merchandising department as a whole. THE ROLE As the Senior Publisher / Publisher, you will: Manage the flow of content and products on and off our website Oversee and maintain the accuracy of all products and content Enhance data enrichment and relevant processes THE QUALIFICATIONS The Senior Publisher / Publisher has: Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in eCommerce product data attributes Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment The skills to set clear objectives with an emphasis on accountability while striving to reach your highest potential A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business THE COMPENSATION At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $50,000-$150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
