As the Senior Associate / Associate, Production, you will support the team to maintain and uphold the Creative Design vision through production, ensuring precise allocation, strategic negotiation, and seamless execution. THE ROLE As the Senior Associate / Associate, Production, you will: • Understand our assortment & business to support in the building of a production plan that accelerates Aritzia’s growth • Support the team to develop the highest quality product against defined standards, using industry leading practices • Support the team in their negotiations to secure the best possible production lead-times without compromising quality • Support the team in their negotiations to secure the best possible production margins without compromising quality or lead- times • Ensure world-class execution, delivering high quality, timely, and cost-effective products THE QUALIFICATIONS The Senior Associate / Associate, Production, has: • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in apparel and accessories production and product component timeline and costing negotiation • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business THE COMPENSATION At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $50,000 - $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
