THE OPPORTUNITY Aritzia is growing and our Store Planning team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for ensuring stores have the right assortment of products, in the right quantities, at the right time. As the Senior Store Planner / Store Planner, you will support the team to curate the optimal product assortment, ensuring the correct breadth and depth of product across our stores. THE ROLE As the Senior Store Planner / Store Planner, you will: • Support in defining a scalable approach to determine and manage each store’s product assortment to maximize profitability and propel Aritzia’s brand in every market we operate in • Provide top-down direction to ensure each store’s assortment aligns with Aritzia’s product strategy and priorities, pre and in season. • Allocate the right product, at the right time, and in the right quantity for each store, curating a unique assortment that considers the store, customer profile, and any nuances • Leverage data, observations, and feedback to seamlessly manage the flow of product in and out of each store, maximizing our finite spaces and achieving optimum units (OU) and in-business targets THE QUALIFICATIONS The Senior Store Planner / Store Planner has: • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business THE COMPENSATION At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
