Salesforce CPQ Lead Developer Canada (Remote) Job Description: Solution Engineers Salesforce CPQ, Logik.io 5-8 years Location: Canada Experience Required: 5-8+ years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ, Apex, Logik.io Role Overview The Solution Engineer will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering scalable quote-to-cash solutions using Salesforce CPQ, Apex, and Logik.io. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solution designs, and confidence working directly with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable supporting discovery sessions, solution design, configuration, customization, integrations, testing, deployment, and production support for enterprise CPQ implementations. Mandatory Skills Salesforce CPQ, Apex, Logik.io Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration, including product rules, price rules, approval rules, discount schedules, quote templates, bundles, guided selling, and quote lifecycle management. Proven Apex development experience, including triggers, classes, batch jobs, integrations, test classes, debugging, and performance optimization within Salesforce. Hands-on experience with Logik.io configuration and implementation, including product configuration, advanced rules, guided selling flows, pricing logic, and integration with Salesforce CPQ. Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, security model, flows, validation rules, custom objects, and integration patterns. Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable functional and technical solution designs. Strong troubleshooting skills for CPQ, pricing, quoting, and configuration-related production issues. Experience working in Agile delivery models with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, developers, QA teams, and client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and support requirement workshops to understand quoting, pricing, product configuration, approval, and revenue process needs. Design and implement scalable Salesforce CPQ and Logik.io solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards. Configure Salesforce CPQ features such as products, bundles, rules, pricing logic, quote templates, approvals, and contract/order-related processes. Develop and enhance Apex components, integrations, automation, and custom logic required to support CPQ and Logik.io implementation needs. Integrate Logik.io with Salesforce CPQ and related Salesforce objects to enable seamless product configuration and quoting experiences. Support unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and release readiness activities. Provide technical guidance to junior team members and participate in code reviews, design reviews, and best-practice discussions. Work closely with customer stakeholders, onsite teams, and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Troubleshoot production issues related to CPQ configuration, pricing behaviour, quote generation, Apex logic, and Logik.io rules. Stay updated on Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Logik.io, and Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend improvements where applicable. Preferred Certifications Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant Logik.io certification or implementation experience is preferred
