Description Armour Transportation Systems is currently seeking Professional Class 1 Drivers (Night shifts) for Grocery Highway operations based in Moncton, Miramichi, or Fredericton. As a Grocery Highway Driver, you will play a key role in delivering grocery freight safely and efficiently throughout the Maritimes while providing exceptional service to our customers. What You’ll Do Perform highway runs primarily to transport grocery freight between terminals and customer locations Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Safely operate Class 1 equipment in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Load and unload freight with care and accuracy. Complete required documentation and scanning using handheld devices. Communicate effectively with dispatch to ensure timely, reliable service. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned equipment. What You’ll Need Valid Class 1 license with no restrictions and a clean driver’s abstract. Minimum 2 years of tractor‑trailer driving experience. Strong understanding of highway operations and regional routes. Ability to work independently and adapt to an as‑needed schedule.
