We are looking for individuals who are team-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment. The Successful candidate’s responsibilities will include: * Assembly cell type of work specifically for Steel, Stainless, Aluminum, and glass materials * Working with your hands, lifting, and moving large pieces of metal, and standing for hours at a time, requires physical strength and stamina * Assisting machine operators with machine setup, quality control, deburring, stocking and preparing materials for shipment * Use of precision measurement instruments * Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner * Follow all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and regulations * Ensuring all items are correctly labelled and packaged * Maintaining a clean and organized work area * Performing quality checks to ensure items meet quality standards * Collaborating with team members to meet production goals The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have: * Strong ability to work well with a diverse group of individuals * The ability to lift to 50 lbs. continuously when required * The ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * The ability to read/interpret drawings/breakdowns * Understanding the importance of producing quality products * Ability to stand for long periods * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good communication and teamwork skills * Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Company Values * Integrity: Doing the right thing in our words and actions, even when it is difficult. * Responsive: Timely and effective support of others in alignment with business needs. * Safety: An environment that includes establishing and maintaining safety practices and a respectful culture. * Community: A unified network of relationships built upon the contributions of many unique and talented individuals. * Excellence: Striving to always improve and to be our best in everything we do as individuals and as an organization. * Ownership: Demonstrating responsibility and accountability for our work and contributions.
