Job summary
Maintenance Associate Location: Caledon, ON Pay Rate: $24.00/hour Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Start Date: Immediate We are currently hiring a Maintenance Associate to support general maintenance, installations, and facility setup in a warehouse and office environment. Job Responsibilities: Install and assemble shelving, storage racks, office furniture, and fixtures. Hang signage on walls, doors, racking, ceilings, and warehouse floor areas. Mount TV screens, monitors, whiteboards, and other wall-mounted equipment. Assist with warehouse and office setup, workstation moves, and reconfigurations. Perform basic maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment and building structures. Complete minor repairs, adjustments, and hardware replacements. Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scissor lifts. Conduct routine inspections and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all workplace health and safety procedures. Requirements: Previous experience in handyman, facilities maintenance, or warehouse maintenance is preferred. Experience using hand and power tools is required. Experience installing shelving, signage, and mounted equipment is an asset. Previous experience operating a scissor lift (certification is an asset). Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights when required.
