Compensation Range: $21.00 up to $24.91 Position Summary: The incumbent will assist with a variety of tasks to support the production process. Responsibilities can include a variety of tasks such as grinding, buffing, painting, packing, loading and unloading and operating tools, equipment and machinery. Primary Responsibilities: * Use of handheld tools such as grinders and wire wheels * Use of handheld and functional gauges to ensure product quality when required * Inspecting parts as per the final product verification (FPV) and work order instructions * Packaging and allocating parts as per standard work instructions * Maintaining a clean and safe work area using the principles of 5S * Adherence to the company’s policy and procedures * Working in a fast-paced environment Educational Requirements: * Completion of secondary school or equivalent * Prior experience in manufacturing environment in an asset Required Skills & Expertise: * Safety and quality conscious * High attention to detail * Experience in manufacturing environment is an asset * Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instruction * Ability to work in a physically demanding environment What We Offer – Your Benefits Package At Arrow, we’re proud to offer a benefits package that supports your health, finances, and future.
