The EIFS Apprentice supports the installation and restoration of Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems, including surface preparation and insulation installation. They are responsible for finishing details, applying basecoats, and maintaining site safety and organization.

Perform full EIFS system installation, including substrate preparation, insulation board placement, and final finish applications. Ensure high-quality detailing and safety compliance while working at heights up to 70 feet.
