Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of concurrent IT, OT, network, and infrastructure projects in an industrial setting Group smaller initiatives into structured project batches and delivery plans Define scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and implementation strategies Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors Manage risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and milestones Align IT project activities with broader operational and capital projects Maintain schedules and resource plans in Microsoft Project Support financial, procurement, and project administration activities in SAP Oversee delivery of networking, wireless, switching, and IT/OT connectivity work Apply Agile practices to smaller or iterative initiatives where appropriate Build strong relationships with regional and site stakeholders Provide regular reporting, escalate risks, and support knowledge transfer Qualifications Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, network, or industrial technology projects Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and competing priorities Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Project and experience using SAP in a project environment Understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure technologies Exposure to IT/OT environments, including industrial networks and operational systems Strong vendor and subcontractor management Ability to work independently and lead hands-on onsite Assets: mining, manufacturing, energy, or utilities experience; SCADA, PLC, or industrial control systems knowledge; capital projects with significant IT components; Agile delivery experience French-language capability is mandatory Education Requirements Degree or diploma in IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred Knowledge of PMBOK practices Relevant technical certifications (such as networking or industrial) are an asset

Requirements

Requires proven experience managing multiple IT infrastructure, network, or industrial technology projects, with strong planning, budgeting, resource management, and vendor coordination skills. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Project, have project-environment experience with SAP, understand enterprise networking and IT/OT environments, and hold a relevant degree or diploma or equivalent experience; PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
