Job summary

Validate and deploy OpenShift Virtualization and ODF on HPE bare-metal clusters, configure compute and networking, and resolve storage, NFS, and database dependencies. Integrate supporting infrastructure and services, coordinate vendors and the client through commissioning and application handoff, and complete HA/DR validation, compliance responses, RACI documentation, and final acceptance.

Job details

Responsibilities: Validate and deploy OpenShift Virtualization and ODF on HPE bare-metal clusters. Configure HPE compute and networking, including VLANs, bonding/LACP, MTU and separate storage, migration and application networks. Resolve storage, NFS and database dependencies. Integrate backup and recovery, VPN, PKI/TLS, DNS/NTP, firewall, WAF, load balancing and monitoring. Coordinate the hardware vendor, software vendor and client through commissioning, application handoff, HA/DR validation and final acceptance. Prepare requirement-by-requirement compliance responses and a clear RACI. Qualifications: Hands-on production experience with OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt) and ODF/Ceph on bare metal. Strong data-center networking skills on HPE or comparable hardware. Proven delivery as the lead integrator across multiple vendors through formal acceptance. Experience with HA/DR testing and backup solutions. Must be based in Quebec, Montreal area preferred.
