You will lead a team of AI and machine learning engineers to design and deliver production-grade AI solutions, including classical models and LLM-powered applications. Additionally, you will partner with clients and business stakeholders to shape proposals, define technical strategy, and oversee the implementation of agentic systems. The role requires over 8 years of software engineering and AI experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically in LLM architecture and agentic design. A Master's degree or higher in computer science or a related field is required, along with hands-on expertise in cloud-native architectures and modern AI frameworks.
