To see our projects in action and get to know our team, follow us on LinkedIn: Artelia Canada Work location: Mississauga, ON Job Description Technical drawings and document management and submissions; Coordinate with technical teams and arrange project deliverables timely manner; Format, proofread project technical reports, administrative reports, service offers and quotations (spelling, grammar, syntax, punctuation, etc.); Familiar with internal and external electronic document management systems; Perform data entry in various tables and databases; Review tender and contract documents and participate in start-up meetings as required; Perform various clerical and administrative tasks requiring a very good knowledge of established procedures and practices, to support resources in their operations; Perform all other day today office tasks, answering calls, office inventory management, etc. Qualifications Relevant post-secondary education in Administration (Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent); Minimum 5 years' experience in a engineering firm; Fluency in spoken and written English; Excellent knowledge of Office software (Excell, Word, Power point, Visio, etc.); High sense of observation and attention to detail; Detail-oriented, autonomy and resourcefulness; Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines. Requirements
