Key Responsibilities: Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, audit support, and process improvements. Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, cash applications, collections, and monitoring customer balances. Handle accounts payable processes, ensuring vendor invoices are coded, approved, and paid accurately and on time. Maintain inventory accounting records and reconciliations while partnering with operations and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies. Manage end-to-end payroll processes and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Contribute to the development of scalable accounting processes in a growing, acquisition-driven environment. Qualifications 2–4+ years of accounting experience. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Solid understanding of general ledger accounting principles. Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Preferred Experience: Inventory accounting. Construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, distribution, or other project-based industries.
