We are currently recruiting a Customer Service & Logistics Representative to support our Ontario Licensees by providing day to day customer service, including order processing, liaising directly with customers, shipping office, carriers, and cross functional teams in a timely and efficient manner, as well as ensuring to meet timelines for order execution. This role will be on-site 5 days a week. What You'll Be Doing: Point of Contact for all customer, respond to all emails in an efficient and timely manner Receive and process all incoming orders Responsible for daily order entry in an effective and timely manner meeting MDC requirements Managing to some degree stock levels advising inventory issues Report any quality concerns Courier Follow Ups on discrepancies and delivery inquiries Maintain daily emails Manage the day to day OTC operations aligning and supporting the DC Manage the relationship with internal customers to support cross-functional objectives Optimize work process and document through Standard Operating procedures ensuring ISO compliance Process and report Customers returns in a timely and effective manner Monthly credit card reconciliation Closing of month end open orders Daily open order report Consignment order processing Daily inventory reconciliation of consignment Prepare Daily Order Log, Daily Carrier Logs, and Daily Out Of Stock Logs Work Directly with MDC Supervisors and Shipping Co-Ordinator’s Maintain communication in timely manner with Sales on order issues Support objectives of DC Supervisor and Inventory Control and Ontario Sales Team Special projects and other duties as assigned by Manager Who You Are: Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience Highschool Diploma Proficient in Excel and Data Processing Work independently and as part of a team Multi-tasking Goal oriented Aptitude to learning Attention to detail JDE Experience an asset What We Offer: Competitive salary An organization that cares about Corporate Social Responsibility Training & Development Programs An opportunity to learn about the world of wine COMPENSATION: Budgeted Range – $57,922 - $79,642. The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
