Job summary

Artisan Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our Ajax location. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a proven people manager who can balance team development, sales performance, operational excellence and an exceptional client experience. The successful candidate will lead a strong multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment and will be accountable for both the day-to-day performance of the clinic and the continued development of its people. Key responsibilities include: • Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing clinic team • Driving daily, weekly and monthly revenue performance • Delivering consistent sales coaching and skill development • Monitoring key performance indicators and translating results into clear action plans • Holding direct reports accountable for performance, conduct and expectations • Addressing underperformance promptly, professionally and constructively • Maintaining team engagement and motivation while upholding high standards • Overseeing clinic operations, staffing, scheduling and client experience • Managing multiple priorities with sound judgment and composure • Supporting local marketing, community engagement and clinic growth initiatives We are looking for a leader with: • Proven experience managing and developing employees • Demonstrated success in performance management and accountability • Strong sales leadership experience, including coaching and developing others • Experience achieving revenue or sales targets • Strong business acumen and confidence working with KPIs • Excellent communication, judgment and decision-making skills • The ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment • The ability to navigate difficult conversations confidently and professionally • The ability to motivate a strong team while maintaining clear expectations and accountability • Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through • The ability to manage stress and competing priorities effectively • A professional, solutions-focused leadership style • Flexibility to support the operational needs of the clinic Experience in medical aesthetics, luxury beauty, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, retail or another high-performance service environment is strongly preferred. Medical aesthetics experience is an asset, but we are also open to exceptional leaders from other premium, client-focused and sales-driven industries.
