Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support of contact center tools. Develop and execute automation testing for IVR and routing, user interfaces, APIs, and agent desktops.

Bilingual QE Engineer – Contact Center Tools Key Skills: Amazon Connect, French Speaking & Test Automation Skill Required • Expertise in QE with Contact Center platforms. • IVR/Routing Automation using Cyara, Hammer, etc. • Automation testing across UI & APIs (Selenium, Postman, Karate, etc. — any of them). • Agent Desktop Automation. • Java core. • Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities. • Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse), etc. Experience working in a structured scaled Agile environment. • Strong knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is a plus. • French Speaking / Testing Capabilities.
