RPA BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST (BSA) WORK ARRANGEMENT: HYBRID (4 DAYS PER WEEK ONSITE) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 6-8 YEARS POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced RPA Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Business Intelligence, Automation, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and automation solutions while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, develop, and maintain interactive and self-service dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other BI and automation tools. • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization. • Translate complex data findings into compelling stories, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and business partners. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and quality across reporting solutions and dashboards. • Support ad hoc reporting requests and provide guidance on BI and reporting best practices. • Combine and analyze data from multiple
