They also ensure study alignment with regulatory requirements and communicate scientific results to project teams and management. Candidates must hold a PharmD, VetD, or a master's degree in a relevant scientific field, or a bachelor's degree with equivalent experience. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a toxicology study director or monitor in a pharma, biotech, or CRO setting is required.
