They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage bid strategies, pricing governance, and risk assessment while ensuring accurate project delivery. Candidates must possess a degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Construction Management or Engineering, along with at least 5 years of progressive experience in estimating. Strong proficiency in quantity take-offs, cost build-up, and Microsoft Excel is required, alongside the ability to interpret complex technical documentation.
