Reporting to the Lead Hand, the Roofer installs, repairs, and replaces roofing materials systems on modular buildings. The role demands working at heights, physical endurance, a strong focus on safety, and attention to detail to ensure roofing systems are weather‑resistant and meet all building code requirements. Job Responsibilities: * Install roofing materials according to manufacturer specifications * Gather material needed for assembly of units, Installation of small finishing items * Pre-assembly of components, read and interpret blueprints * Remove existing roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installation. * Install underlayment, flashing, drip edges, vents, and ridge caps * Measure and cut roofing materials to fit roof structures * Repair or replace damaged roofing components * Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing * Follow safety procedures and use fall-protection equipment * Maintain a clean and safe job site * Work effectively as part of a team * Use hand and power tools safely * Other duties as assigned Who You Are: * Previous experience as a roofer working with EPDM, TPO, and Shingles * Knowledge of roofing tools, materials, and techniques * Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions * Physically fit; able to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods * Attention to detail and quality workmanship * Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines * Fall Arrest Safety Training What We Offer: * Competitive hourly rate of $24.50–$26.25, work in a clean, controlled manufacturing environment. * Work‑life balance with Monday–Friday day shifts * Comprehensive benefits, and more * A fun, dynamic, inclusive, and high‑performing team. * Ongoing learning, development, and growth opportunities.
